Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order.

This time allows for final quality checks, secure packaging, and fulfillment preparation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary slightly — but rest assured, every piece receives the same level of care.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable, trackable shipping services provided by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent international logistics partners.

Carrier selection is based on your location and the most efficient delivery route available. All shipments include tracking and are handled with care from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier handling

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs & Freight Information

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders

  • International shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates

Freight charges cover packaging, handling, and transportation fees. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey from our atelier straight to your doorstep.

Order Delays

While we do everything possible to ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Peak seasons or holidays

  • Carrier delays or customs inspections

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Jennie & Handheld Hearts cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.
